摘　　要：顺铂、卡铂的开发成功和临床应用给癌症治疗带来了一场新的革命,几种新型铂类抗癌药物的成功推出开辟了铂类抗癌药物研究新领域。The successful development and clinical application of anti-tumor drugs such as Cisplatinum and Carbonplatinum has brought a new revolution in the therapy of tumors. Some novel non-classical trans-platinum drugs have been come into use and have triggered the research into the usage of platinum anticancer drugs. In this article, the progress in the theoretical and experimental study of the anticancer mechanism of the platinum based drugs in recent years is reviewed.
