摘　　要：尖吻蝮退化肺(在教科书中标记为"左肺")的解剖位置或许需要重新讨论。基于解剖图来看,很难说退化肺是在左边还是在右边,但功能肺毫无疑问位于体腔的右边。基于这个事实,退化肺似乎可以被认为是左肺。胚胎学研究在未来应该可以揭示两侧肺的发育过程。The anatomical location of degenerative lung of D. acutus and its marking of ＂left lung＂ from textbook may need to be re-discussed. Based on the local topography of degenerative lung （e.g. Fig. 1A）, it is difficult to detect whether the degenerative lung is left lung or fight one. However, the functiorlal lung is definitely located at the right of coelom. Based on this fact, the degenerative lung seems to be the left lung. Studies of embryology are expected to detect the course of development of each side lung.
