摘 要:目的:研究补阳还五汤对中风后遗症"气虚血瘀"大鼠模型能量代谢的影响。方法:建立中风后遗症"气虚血瘀"大鼠模型,观察补阳还五汤对模型大鼠能量代谢方面的影响。能量代谢方面指标选取血糖、乳酸、肌酸激酶、乳酸脱氢酶、碱性磷酸酶。血糖测定采用葡萄糖氯化酶—过氧化物酶法测定;乳酸采用还原法测定;肌酸激酶采用酶氢连接测定法;乳酸脱氢酶采用连续检测法(LD-L法);碱性磷酸酶采用连续性测法。结果:模型组大鼠其症状基本符合中医"气虚血瘀"证候。血糖含量模型组(8.70±2.33)mmol/L显著低于正常组(13.69±3.22)mmol/L(P<0.05),中剂量组(11.53±2.21)mmol/L显著高于模型组(P<0.05);乳酸含量模型组(1.64±0.53)mmol/L显著高于正常组(0.92±0.41)mmol/L(P<0.05),中剂量组(1.12±0.46)mmol/L显著低于模型组(P<0.05);肌酸激酶含量模型组(4062.60±2176.94)IU/L显著低于正常组(7135.90±1919.42)IU/L(P<0.05),中剂量组(6050.30±1816.14)IU/L显著高于模型组(P<0.05);乳酸脱氢酶含量模型组(1590.10±367.99)IU/L显著高于正常组(1120.40±358.10)IU/L(P<0.05),中剂量组(1257.80±338.68)IU/L显著低于模型组(P<0.05);碱性磷酸酶各组之间差别无明显意义。结论:补阳还五汤能有效纠正中风后遗症"气虚血瘀"大鼠能量代谢障碍,反映了该方对中风后遗症疗效的部分内涵。Objective :To examine the effect ofBuyang Huanwu decoction(BYHWD) on of rats with deficiency of qi and blood stasis after stroke. Methods: The stroke sequela of rats with deficiency of qi and blood stasis were replicated. A total of 50 Wistar rats were randomly devided into 5 groups:blank control group (normal group), pathological control group (model group),low dosage group, middle dosage group, high dosage group. BYHWD decoction was made by traditional methods. Fifteen days after treatment,the rats were killed. Glucose oxidase - peroxidase method was used to assay the con- tents of blood glucose. Reduction method was used to assay the contents of lactic acid. Enzyme reunions method was used to assay the contents of creatine kinase. Continuous detect method( LD - L) was used to assay the contents of lactate de- hydrogenase. Continuous detect method was used to assay the contents of alkali phosphatase. Results: The contents of blood glucose and creatine kinase in the model group were significantly lower as compared with the normal group. [ blood glucose: (8.70 ± 2.33 ) vs ( 13.69 ± 3.22 ), ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; creatine kinase: (4062.60 ± 2176.94 ) vs ( 7135.90 ± 1919. 42 ), ( P 〈 0.05) ].
