蝉蜕水煎剂对未孕大鼠离体子宫平滑肌作用的研究

摘　　要：目的:观察蝉蜕水煎剂对未孕大鼠离体子宫平滑肌运动的影响,并初步探讨其作用机制。方法:运用BL-420生物信号系统记录未孕大鼠离体子宫平滑肌条的活动,观察不同剂量蝉蜕水煎剂对子宫平滑肌自发活动的影响。结果:蝉蜕水煎剂对未孕大鼠离体子宫平滑肌有明显地兴奋作用,可增加其收缩波持续时间,增加收缩张力及子宫活动力,并呈量效关系。蝉蜕水煎剂的这一作用可被异搏定(L型电压依从性Ca2+通道阻断剂)完全阻断(P<0.01)。结论:蝉蜕水煎剂在体外可增强子宫平滑肌的收缩,该作用可能是通过L型钙通道而发挥作用的。Objective ：To observe the effect of periostracan cicadae decoction on isolated uterus smooth muscle in pregnant rats, and investigate preliminarily the mechanism. Methods： To observe the effect of different dosage periostracan cicadae decoction on the spontaneous activity of uterus smooth muscle in pregnant rats by BL - 420 biological signaling system writting down the activity of isolated uterus smooth muscle. Results： Periostracan cicadae decoction obviously excited the contractive force and the activity of uterus, and can dose dependently extend the endurance time of contraction waves. The effect is completely blocked by verapamil（ L - type voltage dependent Ca^2＋ channels blocker） （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Periostracan cicadae decoction can enhance constriction of isolated uterus smooth muscle possibly by L - type Ca^2＋ channels.
