芩连合剂对急性胃溃疡大鼠胃黏膜细胞内MDA SOD GSH-Px的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨芩连合剂对急性胃溃疡大鼠胃黏膜的保护作用及其作用机制。方法:采用无水乙醇灌胃法复制大鼠急性胃溃疡模型,用机械、化学法分离孵育胃黏膜细胞,用化学法破碎黏膜细胞制备细胞内容物上清液,测定胃黏膜细胞内MDA、SOD、GSH-Px含量。结果:模型组大鼠胃黏膜细胞内GSH-Px表达较其它各组明显降低,MDA表达较其它各组明显升高,SOD的表达较其它各组明显降低,其中与芩连合剂组和正常对照组相比有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:芩连合剂可以降低胃黏膜细胞内的MDA的表达及提高细胞内SOD、GSH-Px的表达从而预防和阻止自由基对胃黏膜的损伤。Objective ： To study the effect and mechanism of QLHJ on ptotection gastric mucous membrane of expri- mental gastric ulcer in rats. Methods ： The actue gastric mucosa damage was induced by anhydrous alcohol in rats, and the gastric mucous membrane cell was separated and cultured by chemo - machine way, then was fragmentated by the chemistry method which produced the content solution of cells. The SOD, GSH - Px and MDA was determinated in the gastric mucous membrane cell. Results ： SOD, GSH - Px of inter - cell in the model group was significantly lower and MDA was significandy higher than other normal controls group. And it was significant difference in QLHJ groups and normal controls group. Conclusion ： QLHJ can protect the gastric mucous membrane on decreasing MDA of the gastric mucous membrane cell and rising content of inter - cell SOD, GSH - Px, which was one of mechanisms of the Antiulcer effect of QLHJ.
