从咽论治小儿炎症性斜颈临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨应用中药从咽论治小儿炎症性斜颈的临床疗效。方法:将患炎症性斜颈患儿54例随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组应用加味消瘰汤治疗,对照组应用抗生素治疗,比较两组间疗效。结果:治疗组显效率为93.3%,对照组显效率为79.2%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:表明应用中药加味二陈消瘰汤加减从咽论治小儿炎症性斜颈疗效优于应用西药抗生素。Objective ： Approaching the eilinie therapeutic effect of puerile inflammatory tortieollis from pint view of sphagitis using the traditional Chinese medieine, Method：54 subjects with inflammatory torfieollis were seleeted, and were randomly divided into two groups. One group reeeived traditional Chinese medieine treatment as TCM group and the other received antibiotie treatment as eontrol group, Result ： The therapeufie effeet rate of TCM group was 93.3% ,while the eontrol group was 79.2%, and the differenee of rate from the two groups was signifieant in statisties （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： TCM was better than antibiotic in treating of puerile inflammatory tortieollis.
