摘　　要：文章首先分析了企业家的技术创新和制度创新、社会偏好等因素对产业结构的影响机理,揭示出企业家持续创新形成的原因及其对产业结构优化的根本推动作用;然后构建一个关于产业结构演进的模型,对企业家创新努力与产业结构演进之间的关系进行了数理分析;最后为如何加快产业结构优化提供了若干建议。Through the analysis of social preference, technology and institution innovation in the optimizing process of industrial structure, this article shows the reason of entrepreneur＇s continual innovation and the fundamental effects on industrial structure. It then sets up a mathematical model which contains social preference, entrepreneur＇s innovation and evolution of industrial structure, proves the connection between innovation and industrial structure. Finally, some suggestions on how to accelerate the process of industrial structure are provided.
