蒙药丁香-6抗炎镇痛作用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨丁香-6的抗炎镇痛作用.方法:通过二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀试验、角叉菜致大鼠足肿胀试验探讨丁香-6的抗炎作用;通过小鼠热板法试验、小鼠醋酸扭体试验探讨该蒙药的镇痛作用.结果:丁香-6对二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、角叉菜致大鼠足肿胀均有明显的抑制作用.对小鼠热板致疼痛和醋酸致疼痛有显著的减轻作用.结论:丁香-6具有良好的抗炎镇痛作用.Objective：To study the action of Anti- inflammation and analgesia of clove- 6. Methods：Studying the anti- inflammatory action of this medicine by inducing auricular swelling of mice with xylene, swelling of their feet with carragheenin and the analgesic action by mice hot plate test and acetic acid writhing test in mice. Results： Clove - 6 was able to inhibit the swelling of mice＇ s auricles and feet and alleviate the pain obviously in these tests. Conclusion： Clove - 6 has the ideal anti- inflammatory and analgesic actions.
