摘  要:目的:探讨多排螺旋CT三维表面遮盖成像(SSD)及多平面重建(MPR)在颌面部骨折中的诊断价值.方法:自2005-10~2007-06对内蒙古民族大学附属医院50例颌面部骨折病人进行常规X线检查、螺旋CT扫描、三维重建及多平面重建成像技术处理.结果:螺旋CT扫描后三维重建及多平面重建图像在显示颌面部骨折比二维图像及平片更为优越,无论在骨折的类型、位置、范围、碎骨块移位、骨折与周边组织的关系,尤其是不规则骨折线的走行等空间信息均优于其它常规检查.结论:SSD及MPR能在二维图像或平片的基础上更加清晰的显示颌面部的空间解剖关系,在颌面部骨折的诊断上具有较大的临床价值.Objective: To discuss the practical value of 3 - D shaded surface display (SSD) of multislice spiral CT and multiple plannar reconstruction (MPR) in diagnosing maxillofacial fracture. Methods:50 cases of this facture in our hospital from October 2005 to June 2007 were examined with x- ray, spiral CT(SCT)and 3- D reconstruction, and MPR. Results:The 3- D reconstructed image of SCT and MPR could display the fracture more clearly than that of plain film and 2 - D image,such as the categories, position and range of fracture, displacement of broken bone, relations between location of fracture and adjacent tissues, especially for displaying the course of irregular fracture line and the spatial position of frature. Conclusion : The images of SSD and MPR can display the spatial, positional and anatomical relationships between maxillofacial fracture and adjacent structures more clearly and accurately. So they have the practical value in diagnosing maxillofacial fracture.
