摘　　要：民族关系是一个多民族国家中最基本的社会关系之一,因此,民族关系是否和谐,事关我国和谐社会构建的大局,事关国家的前途和命运。邓小平的民族理论为我们党和国家顺利开展民族工作指明了方向,为实现民族和谐做出了巨大的贡献,为构建社会主义和谐社会的提出奠定了深厚的思想基础。National relation is one of the most basic relationships for a multi--national country. Therefore the national harmony is important for the harmonious society, the future and fate of the country. The National Theory, advocated by Deng Xiaoping, is the direction for China and its CPC to develop the national relationship, contribute to the national harmony, and build solid academic foundation to build the harmonious society.
