摘　　要：本文以河南省南阳市为例,探讨了政府主导型散杂居城市和谐民族关系机制。认为经济发展机制是民族关系和谐的基础,保障机制是民族关系和谐的前提,宣传教育机制是民族关系和谐的推动力,工作机制是民族关系和谐的重要手段.Taking Anyang of Henan province as an example, the author discusses the harmonious national relationship mechanism in government dominant dispersed and mixed city. In the author＇s opinion, the economic development is the foundation, the protection mechanism is the precondition, the education mechanism is the impetus, and the implementation mechanism is the important approach to build the harmonious national relationship.
