摘　　要：本文在描述民族地区已有的经济发展政策基础上,论述了民族经济政策实施的主要特点及缺陷,提出要通过完善政策体系,确立政策实施主体,突出政策实施重点,确保政策实施落在实处等措施促使民族经济政策形成良好的实施机制。Based on describing the existing economy development regulation, the author disserts the main characteristics and shortages of current regulations. He advocates that in order to ensure the smooth implementation mechanism, we need to define implementing body clearly, stand out the emphasis, ensure the policy implementation, and so forth .
