摘　　要：目的：为抗菌药物的临床应用提供合理建议。方法：总结和分析临床种类人群抗菌药物应用的效果、副反应和耐药性。结果：老年人应减少抗菌药物用量。妊妇、儿童和肝肾功能障碍者应避免应用对肝肾功能毒性大的抗菌药物。结论：抗菌应合理应用于种类人群中。Objective： To put forward suggestions to the application of the antibioferial drugs in hospital. Method：Thg effect, adverse reaction and resisfance of the antibioferial drugs Were Analyzed and summarized,in special patient groups. Result： The dosage of fhe antibioferial drugs should be reduced in the old age patienfs, The antibioferial drugs which damage the tive and kidney should be avoided to use in the women during pregnancy and Children. Conclusion： The antibioferial drugs should be reasonably used in the different pafient groups.
