启维与氯氮平对脑电图的影响对照

摘  要:目的:研究启维(湖南洞庭制药厂0.1/片)引起脑电图改变的特征及用药时间、剂量和疗效之间的关系,并与氯氮平引起的脑电图异常做比较。方法:符合CCMD-Ⅲ—R诊断的精神分裂症患者,在服药前,服药后2周、4周分别检查脑电图,用简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)观察其疗效。结果:脑电图的改变与用药时间、剂量及疗效无关异常率及异常程度低于氯氮平。结论:启维可引起脑电图改变,但程度较低。Objective: The research opens Uygur (Hunan Tungting lake pharmaceutical manufacturing plant 0. 1/piece) to cause between the characteristic and with the medicine time, the dosage and the curative effect relations which the electroencephalogram changes, and the electroencephalogram which evenly causes with the chlorine nitrogen exceptionally does compares. Method:Donforms to CCMD--Ⅲ --R diagnosis schizophrenia patient, in front of taking medicine, takes medicine latter 2 week, 4 weeks separately inspects the electroencephalogram, evaluates the meter with the concise neurosis (BPRS) to observe its curative effect. Result. The electroencephalogram change with uses the medicine time, the dosage and the curative effect has nothing to do with exceptionally leads and the unusual degree is lower than the chlorine nitrogen to be even. Conclusion. Opens Uygur to be possible to cause the electroencephalogram to change, but the degree is lower.
