摘　　要：为提高化学、化工教学水平,本文介绍了一本国外引进教材"化学—中心科学"。文章以笔者的观点剖析了该书的结构特点和书写特色,指出了在教学组织、教材编写方面,需要我们学习和借鉴的地方。A book of chemistry-the central science, which is introduced abroad, has been recommended in this paper for the purpose of improving the level of chemistry teaching and chemical engineering teaching. In the author＇s opinion, the structures and characteristics of the book have been explained; meanwhile it is pointed out at the same time for the needs of study and use of reference in teaching management and written book.
