摘  要:本文利用三维荧光激发-发射光谱研究了罗丹明B的荧光光谱特性。考察了罗丹明B浓度、pH值大小等因素对罗丹明B的荧光光谱影响,给出了其三维荧光光谱图。结果显示,罗丹明B的三维荧光光谱图较二维荧光光谱图能更详细地描述被测组分的性质,为综合考查罗丹明B的结构特征提供了参考。The characterization of Rhodamine B was studied by three-dimensional excitation emission matrix fluorescence spectroscopy. The effect of the concentration of RhB and the magnitude of pH was studied on fluorescence spectroscopy of RhB ,which formed three-di-mensional fluorescence spectra of RhB. The result showed that the characters of measured substance were described by three-dimensional fluorescence spectra better than by two-dimensional fluorescence spectra. The references were offered by three-dimensional fluorescence spectra in order to research in detail.
