摘 要:对不同来源的62份甘蓝型油菜的主要农艺性状进行考察,采用前9个指标(株高、一次有效分枝部位、主花序长、一次有效分枝数、主花序有效角果数、全株有效角果数、角果长、每果粒数、千粒重)进行主成分和聚类分析。结果表明,11个农艺性状变异系数为9.2%(株高)~36.2%(单株产量),材料间差距较明显,类型较广泛;按累积贡献率≥85%的标准,筛选出角果数因子(λ1=2.737)、角果长因子(λ2=1.899)、一次分枝部位因子(λ3=1.461)、籽粒因子(λ4=0.950)和一次分枝数因子(λ5=0.922)共5个主成分,其对变异的累积贡献率达88.53%,可以概括农艺性状的绝大部分信息量;在遗传距离为1.02处,参试材料可划分为5大类,其遗传距离大小依次为:第2类(O.764)〉第3类(O.686)〉第1类(O.612)〉第4类(O.511)〉第5类(O.242)。Main agronomic traits of 62 Brassica napus L. of various sources were investigated. Using 9 indexes, the principal component and cluster analysis were performed. The results showed that the coefficient of variation of 11 agronomic traits ranged from 9.2% ( plant height) to 36.2% (yield per plant), which indicated the diversity of materials is significant. The principal component analysis showed that according to cumulative contribution standard≥85% , pod number factor(λ1 = 2. 737 ), pod length factor (λ2 = 1. 899 ), first branch height factor (λ3 = 1. 461 ), seed factor (λ4 = O. 950)and first branch number factor(λ5 = 0.922)were selected, these five principal components accounted for 88.53% of total variations and covered most of information of agronomic traits. Through cluster analysis, all materials were classified into five groups at genetic distance 1.02. The genetic distances ranked as group Ⅱ (0. 764) 〉 group Ⅲ (0.686) 〉group I(0.612) 〉group IV(0.511) 〉group V(0.242).
