摘 要:对贵州省11个猪场出现的疑似猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病例进行流行病学调查和病原RT-PCR鉴定,结果表明,发病仔猪主要表现高热,死亡率为40.35%(642/1 591);3个种猪场的待产母猪群发生繁殖障碍,流产率为8.11%(38/469);成年猪群发病率为24.47%(162/662),死亡率为4.35%(30/662);感染猪群PRRS血清抗体平均阳性率为28.12%(45/160)。对病死猪病料进行PRRS病原核酸鉴定,其平均检出率为84.44%(38/45),变异毒株试剂盒检测显示,11个临床发病猪场病例是由变异毒株引起的高致病性猪繁殖与呼吸综合征。The epidemiological investigation and RT - PCR identification have been conducted in 11 pig farms where the cases of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(PRRS) were suspected to occur in Guizhou province. The results showed that the sick piglets were characterized with high fever and the mortality reached 40.35% (642/1 591 ). The pregnant sows in 3 breeding farms took place reproductive disturbance and the abortion rate accounted for 8. 11% (38/469). The morbidity and mortality of adult pigs were 24.47% (162/662) and 4.35% (30/160) respectively. The PRRS antibody in serum samples has been detected and the average positive rate reached 28.12% (45/160) in affected pig herds. The etiological nucleic acid has been identified in affected materials of sick or dead pigs and the average posi- tive rate reached 84.44% ( 38/45 ). The results detected by Nsp2 1 594 - 1 680 RT-PCR kit demonstrated that the highly pathogenic PRRS was caused by variation strain in 11 pig farms.
