贵州农民专业合作经济组织发展现状与应对策略

摘　　要：采用抽样调查方法,分析贵州省农民专业合作经济组织发展现状,发现其发展仍存在许多问题:诸如覆盖面偏低,合作紧密性还不强,功能和作用有限;规范性发展不足;内部治理多数不健全,制度创新任重道远等。在此基础上,提出相关对策和建议:健全构架完整、功能齐全的合作经济组织体系;健全农民合作经济组织内部治理机制;建立农民合作经济组织发展的政策支持体系;开展业务培训指导,增强发展潜力;为合作经济组织争取有效的金融支持与服务。Using sampling methods, we found that the development of Farmer＇s Professional Cooperative Economic Organization still had many problems：low coverage, low cooperation, limited function and role, normative underdevelopment and less effective internal control. This article also proposed some countermeasures and suggestions： perfecting a new cooperative economic organization which is system multifunctional and integrity frame, strengthening farmers cooperative economic organizations internal control mechanisms, establishment of rural cooperative economic organizations to support the development of the system, developing business training and guidance to enhance the development potential, organization of effective financial support and services for economic cooperation.
