摘　　要：从绿色建材的研发、信息技术的应用、拆卸与再利用技术的推广、节能与环保技术的实施、新型施工机具的普及,以及虚拟现实技术与结构仿真技术的创新等方面阐述了科技创新是发展我国绿色建筑业的根本。this paper discussed scientific innovation was the base of developing green building industry in our country from the aspects of green building material research, information technology application, the generalization of disassembly and reuse technology , the implementation of energy-saving and environmental technology, the generalization of new constructing equipment and the innovation of virtual reality technology and structural simulation technology.
