高知人群健康及医疗保健状况调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解高知人群的健康水平和医疗保健状况,为健康教育和健康干预提供依据。方法选取北京林业大学近3年的健康体检资料和抽样问卷调查的结果进行研究分析。结果高知人群的疾病检出率为90.37%,检出的前5种疾病或指标异常依次为高血压、高血脂、心电图异常、脂肪肝和糖尿病,其检出率依次为34.06%,27.23%,25.26%,19.81%,16.80%,均高于非高知人群,差异有统计学意义(p<0.01)。结论我校高知人群的健康及医疗保健状况不容忽视。重视高知人群的健康普查,加强健康教育和健康干预,改善其不良生活方式,对于提高我校高知人群的健康水平有重要的作用。Objective： To undertand the situation of health and medical care of senior intellectuals,in order to provide a basis of health education and health intervention. Method To research and analyze the result of the questionnaires and the data from the healthy check in about last three years. Results The detection rate of disease in the senior intellectuals was about 90.37 %, and the top five diseases were the hypertension, hypercholes- terolaemia,ECG abnomallities, fahy liver and diabetes. The detection rates were respectively about 34.06%, 27. 23% ,25. 26% ,19. 81% , and 16.80%. and they are higher than the rate of the junior intellectuals（p〈 0.01）. Conclusion We should not neglect the health and the medical care of the senior intellectuals. Paying more attention to the healthy censes,reinforcing the health education and intervention,changing the unhealthy lifestyle,will have a significant effect to improve the healthy level of the senior intellectuals in our university.
