大学生职业成熟度特点研究

摘　　要：目的探讨大学生的职业成熟度特点及发展趋势。方法采用自编大学生职业成熟度问卷对616名大学生进行调查。结果大学生的总体职业成熟度和职业成熟度各因子的成熟水平均一般,其中以职业世界知识最低;大学生职业成熟度在性别上存在显著差异,男生比女生职业成熟度高;大学生职业成熟度在年级上存在显著差异,大四最高,整个发展趋势呈"V"型;大学生职业成熟度在是否兼职上存在显著差异,兼职过的学生比未兼职过的学生职业成熟度高;大学生职业成熟度在家庭收入上存在显著差异,家庭收入越高的学生职业成熟度越高。结论大学生职业成熟度水平一般,存在显著的性别、年级、是否兼职和家庭收入差异。Objective To investigate the characteristics of college students＇career maturity. Method Use the Career Maturity Questionnaire for College Students to investigate 616 college students. Results The career maturity of college students is not very high, and the score of the Knowledge of career world is lowest, gender difference exists in different students, male students＇ career maturity are higher than female students＇, grade difference exists in different students too, with the higher grade ,there is a V type trend in its development, and the fourth grade students＇ career maturity is highest, there is a significant difference of career maturity between students with part-time work experience and those .without such experience, the career maturity of students who possess part-time work experience is higher than who don＇t, family income difference exists in different students, the career maturity of students who has more family income is higher than who don＇t. Conclusion The career maturity of college students is not very high, gender difference, grade difference, parttime work experience difference and family income difference exists in different students.
