摘　　要：档案信息资源开发和提供利用是档案信息化建设的重要内容,要认识档案信息资源的特性,采取多种措施开发信息资源,有利于推进政治民主化,促进政府转变职能,更好地履行经济调节、市场监管、社会管理和公共服务职责;有利于促进我国经济增长方式的转变;体现以人为本,满足人民日益增长的物质文化需求。The developing and using of the file information resources are important content of the construction. Recognizing characteristics of the resources and taking measures to develop it will make the political life more democratic ; make the government departments change their functions and better carry out the duties of economic adjusting, supervision and control of market, social management and public service ; promote the transformation ways to achieve economic growth ; embody the idea of people foremost to satisfy the material and culture needs.
