摘　　要：简要分析了移动手机GIS在国内外所占的优势地位．从手机导航客户端、手机导航服务器以及管理服务器等主要方面．系统研究了基于GPS和嵌入式GIS平台手机导航系统的设计与实现．讨论了系统各个业务模块之间的调用关系：通过时整体业务及系统框架的分析．说明手机导航系统的可行性．并且该系统的实现对广大手机用户查询基于位置的服务带来了极大的快捷性及实用性。The Embed mobile GIS predominance is analyzed briefly. The navigation of mobile phone systems is studied in terms of navigation client, navigation server, management server, and the modules calling relationship is discussed. Through analyses of whole business and system architecture, it has explained feasibility of navigation of mobile phone system, and the implement of the systems will provide convenience and practicability for subscribers inquiring service based on location.
