摘　　要：心脉龙治疗肺心病心衰的疗效观察李兴文＊王伯龄＊＊戴路明＊张济建赵芝焕＊黄维丽张效予＊黄家志＊慢性肺原性心脏病（简称肺心病）是一种主要累及右心室使其结构和功能受损的疾病。目前治疗肺心病心衰的药物及方法疗效不令人满意，且存在一定副作用。本文应用我省研制的...To evaluate the effect of Xinmalong on cor pulmonale with heart failure, 30 patients without peripheral edema (group A) and 40 patients with peripheral edema (group B) were assessed for the right ventricular ejection fraction (RVEF),1/3 EF,1/3 ejection rate (1/3 ER), peak filling rate (PFR), 1/3 FR, and 1/3 filling fraction (1/3 FF) by means of gated equilibrium blood pool radionuclide ventriculography. The results were that after Xinmalong treatment, PFR and 1/3 FR increased in group A, and RVEF, 1/3 EF, 1/3 ER, PFR, 1/3 FR, and 1/3 FF eleveted significantly in group B. The heart rate, blood pressure, liver and kidney functions did not change. It was concluded that Xinmalong could intensify the contractility of cardiac muscle, dilate the pulmonary artery, and then benefit the cardiac function.
