南京市女子体操后备人才资源的现状研究

摘　　要：为了解南京市女子体操后备人才资源的现状,进一步提高南京市女子体操的水平,运用文献资料、访问调查和问卷调查等研究方法,结合第十六届省运会体操比赛,对南京市女子体操后备人才的数量、质量等方面进行研究。结果表明:南京市女子体操团体和全能优势明显,各单项水平均衡;招生困难与人才流失造成了后备人才数量紧缺。By the methods of documentary, interview and questionnaire, according to the datum of the 16th Sports Games in Jiangsu province, the author investigated and analyzed the numbers and quality of women gymnastic human resources in Nanjing to show the current situation of women gymnastic human resources in Nanjing, as well, to improve their quality. The findings are that it is predominant in team competition and all-round, even in individuals, and lack of gymnastic resources for the hard recruitment and losses of gymnasts.
