摘　　要：从沙滩排球的项目特点出发,分析了沙滩排球与室内排球扣球技术要领的异同。小幅度直臂拍扣球动作是沙滩排球扣球的基本动作要领,从实战要求上重新认识了沙滩排球在扣球训练中存在的技术与实战要求分离的问题,提出首先要从思想上摆脱室内排球造成的固有训练思维定式,从技术层面上突出沙滩排球在扣球训练中的内容和要求。In this article, we analyzed and discussed the differences in spike skill between volleyball and beach volleyball. In terms of the beach volleyball＇s characters, we found that such soft straight arm attack ways are the essential activities of the spike skill in beach volleyball match. We have realized what some problems in our training is that the training way has not matched the demand of the beach volleyball match .So, firstly, in beach volleyball training at spike skills we should liberate from the fixed training thought given by the volleyball＇s training mold and find out the new content and demand of spike skill belonging beach volleyball in its training.
