摘 要:水平井生产时,由于水平井段井筒流动摩阻的存在,使得水平井筒各处相对地层的压力差不相同,从而造成沿水平井筒供液能力的不同,通过改变水平井段上、下游射孔密度分布,调节总的流动阻力,降低因井筒流动摩阻所造成的水平井段中、底部采出程度偏低,改善产液剖面,实现油层均匀供液,提高水平井开发效果。文中将水平井射开井段划分为若干个小段,将多孔介质渗流压降和射孔孔眼附加压降进行迭加,根据达西沿程阻力公式导出了水平井不同射开井段处射孔密度分布递推公式。新方法应用表明靠近水平井段下游端处的射孔密度要低,靠近上游端处的射孔密度要大,这样才能保证流体均匀流入。During horizontal well production because frictional resistance existed in horizontal sections,different pressure differential of relative formation was caused at each position of horizontal wellbore,fluid production profile was improved,uniform oil supply was realized and its production effect was also improved by changing the perforation density distribution at upstream and downstream positions of horizontal sections,adjusting overall flow frictional resistance,e-liminating the low recovery percent in the middle and low sections caused by flow friction in the wellbore.The horizontal perforation sections were divided into subsections,the percolation pressure drop and pressure drop near the perforation were superposed.Based Darcy resistance formula,the recurrence formula was derived for perforation density distribution for different perforating sections of horizontal wells.The application of new method indicates that the perforation density is low near the downstream of horizontal section,while near its upstream,the density is high,thus it guarantees the uniform fluid inflow.
