摘 要:在油田开发中,实时井下多相流量数据对油井的管理、产量优化有着重要的价值,井下流量测量能将已往地面流量的测量转移到井下,减少地面及平台设备的数量。实时采集井下有关数据的遥测与控制系统是集层间隔离、流量控制、机械采油、永久性监测和出砂控制为一体的智能综合系统,从地面实时地对单井多层段油、气生产或对多分支井中单分支井眼的油、气生产进行监测和控制,减少油井生产期间所需要的大量修井作业,从而使油层以较少的油井检修工作量而保持最高的采油水平。In oilfield development,real-time downhole multiphase flow data were important for oil well management and production optimization.For the measurement operation,surface measurement is transferred to downhole measurement operation,thus surface platform equipment is reduced.Remote measurement and controlling system of real-time downhole data acquisition is an intelligent and synthetic system including layer separating/flow controlling/mechanical extracting/permanent inspecting and sand controlling.It can inspect and control multilayer oil and gas production of a single well or a lateral well of multilateral wells on surface and reduce the repairing work and improve the extracting index.
