摘　　要：农业产业化是提高我国农业国际竞争力的有力措施。加强兵团农业产业化推广,就要充分发挥龙头企业的排头兵作用,实现企业和职工利益联结方式的多样化。团场各类合作经济组织必须以自愿为原则、以产权为纽带,促进生产要素的优化组合,不断推进兵团农业产业化发展。The agricultural industry is the powerful measure in our country agriculture international competition. In the army corps to strengthen the agricultural industry promotion displays main item enterprise to the army corps economy impetus function. Because the development phase and the industrial characteristic is different, between the main item enterprise and staff＇ s benefit, we must permit the enterprise and the staff benefit diversification. Every kind of cooperative economy organizations must take be voluntary as a principle, take the property fight as the link, the implementation element of production optimum composition and unceasingly advance the army corps agriculture industry development.
