摘　　要：为提高铸铁件产品的表面处理质量,提高生产效益,减轻工人劳动强度和改善劳动环境,湖南跃进机电有限责任公司采用原钢件成熟的表面处理工艺应用于铸铁件,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益,确保了符合验收规范要求的产品储存长达15年以上而不出现生锈等问题。In order to improve the surface processing technics, increase the producing benefit, reduce the labor intensity of workers, and improve the environment of working, Hunan Yuejin Machine and Electron Co., Ltd. applied the mature surface processing technics of original steel pieces on the cast iron pieces to get over the hurdle, and achieved the good eco-nomic benefit and social benefit, which insured that the productions stored for over 15 years would not rusted.
