摘　　要：电雷管制造是爆破器材生产过程中的一类危险作业,存在着较大的安全隐患。文章首先在了解和熟悉盘江化工厂瞬发电雷管车间生产工艺流程基础上,运用作业条件危险性分析(LEC)对相关工序进行了安全评价,进而得出整个车间的安全等级;根据危险性分析的结果,提出应加强安全生产的管理,以达到消除安全隐患和减少企业损失的目的。The manufacture of the electric blasting cap is a kind of dangerous work during the produce process of blasting supply, existing great dangers. Based on the learning and familiarity of the production technical process in Instantaneous blasting electric cap workshop of Panjiang Chemical Plant, and applies Work Condition Risk Analysis （LEC） to have a comprehensive safety assessment to the relational working procedure, and then obtains the safety rank of the entire workshop. According to the result of risk analysis, the article should reinforce the management of safe production, so as to achieve the goal that eliminates the hidden safety troubles and reduces the lose of enterprise.
