摘 要:目的:研究盲襻综合征大鼠血浆D-,L-乳酸和短链脂肪酸代谢的变化。方法:建立大鼠盲襻综合征模型,将大鼠分为对照组(假手术组)和实验组(盲襻组)。于术后第1、2、3和4周分批处死大鼠,取肠液行细菌培养计数,取静脉血进行血常规和生化以及D-,L-乳酸和短链脂肪酸检测。结果:与对照组比较,实验组大鼠体质量明显减轻,术后4周出现血红蛋白水平下降(P<0.05),平均红细胞体积增加(P<0.01),血清总蛋白水平降低(P<0.01),清蛋白水平降低(P<0.05)。实验组血浆D-,L-乳酸和短链脂肪酸水平随着时间的延长而显著上升,在第4周时均显著高于对照组;肠液菌落数2周后>1.0×106/mL,4周后达1.1×109/mL。结论:盲襻综合征大鼠血浆D-,L-乳酸和短链脂肪酸水平明显升高,能较好地反映肠液菌群的增殖程度。Objective: The study was designed to investigate the metabolism of plasma D, L-lactic acid and short-chain fatty acids in blind loop syndrome rats. Methods: Firstly, a blind loop syndrome rat model was established. Male Sprague-Dawley rats (250 - 350 g) were randomly assigned to two groups: sham operation group and blind loop syndrome (BLS) group. Rats were sacrificed on postoperative day 7, 14, 21 and 28. The bacteria in bowel fluid was cultured and counted. Blood routine, serum biochemical checking and serum levels of D-, L-lactic acids were analyzed. Results : Four weeks after the operation, all bhnd loop rats had little weight-getting than the sham operated animals, and had larger mean corpuscular volume (P 〈0.01 ), smaller hemoglobin (P 〈0.05), lower serum total protein (P 〈0.01 ) and lower albumin (P 〈 0.05 ) than the sham operated animals. BLS rats' plasma D-, L-lactic acids and short-chain fatty acids levels were significantly increased (P 〈 0.01 ). Bacteria grew quickly, which attained to 1.0 × 10^6/mL on postoperative day 14 and to 1.1× 10^9/mL on postoperative day 28 in BLS group. Conclusion: The increasing levels of plasma D-, L-lactic acid and SCFA in BLS rats could reflect the degree of bacterial overgrowth in bowel fluid.
