摘　　要：传统停车场基于手工管理和操作,工作效率低,账务管理漏洞突出,尤其是安全性难以得到充分保证,与智能建筑和现代交通的发展严重脱节。因此,引入安全、可靠、技术先进、实用、管理高效的新型智能停车场管理系统势在必行。分析了停车场管理系统的功能,简要介绍了系统的硬件设计和软件开发工作。The traditional park based on manual management and operation has many disadvantages, such as bad working efficiertcy, questionable finance management, particularly lacking safety guarantee. So, intelligent building and modern transportation were affected seriously. Therefore, it was necessary to put the new intelligent park management system with advantages of safety, reliable, advanced technology, practical and efficient management into practice. The function, the hardware designing and software development of the park management system were introduced.
