摘 要:使用切片方法对单个滚子/滚道接触对进行数值计算,并以此为基础对圆锥滚子轴承进行总体接触受力和变形分析.根据变形协调和力平衡条件,建立了对轴承总体进行接触分析的数学模型,该模型是一个方程组,通过数值方法求解该方程组,完成对轴承总体的分析与计算.以文中方法为基础,编写了对圆锥滚子轴承进行受力分析的软件,并以实例进行了验证.The contact stress and strain between a single pair of roller/raceway were calculated numerically by cutting-slice method and the general stress and strain of taper roller bearings were analyzed. According to deform harmony and force balance, we builded up the equations which factually are the mathematic model for roller bearing analysis. By solving the equations numerically, we achieved the contact analysis of taper roller bearings. A prototype software system is implemented too. And it can calculate the contact stress and strain of a taper roller bearing rapidly. A typical tape roller bearing which works in a heavy load situation is adopted as a case for the verification of our method and prototype system.
