摘　　要：技术创新绩效评估对于企业来说至关重要,构建一个有效的评估模型非常关键。文中构建了技术创新绩效评估指标体系,并将密切值模型应用到企业技术创新绩效评估中,通过实证研究,证明了该方法的简洁性和客观性。Evaluating the performance of technological innovation is very important for a company,It＇s very vital to build a suilable model for teeh-innovation performance evaluation.This paper constructs an index system of technological innovation performance evaluation ,and evaluates the technological innovation performance using Osculating Value Method. and shows the objectivity and terseness of this method by empirical research.
