摘　　要：虚拟物流联盟是在电子商务和信息技术飞速发展的基础上发展起来的。虚拟物流联盟利用信息技术建立企业合作网络,整合成员物流企业的核心能力,为物流委托方提供快捷优质的服务,最终达到合作各方共赢的目的。虚拟物流联盟的关键是组建虚拟物流信息平台。文中讨论了建立虚拟物流信息平台的相关问题,主要研究集中在虚拟物流信息平台的特点和功能,组建虚拟物流信息平台必须克服的问题,并给出了平台的系统模型。The rapid development of e-commerce,information technology established the base of virtual logistics development. Virtual logistics enterprises utilize information technology to build a virtual network and all sides would benefit in this way.To provide logistical service and adapt the currency of modem logistics,the key is to establish virtual logistics enterprise information platform. This paper is based upon the analysis of the construction problem of virtual logistics enterprises information platform and mainly focuses on character and function of the information platform, system model of the virtual information platform and analyzes four difficulties which must be overcame.
