摘　　要：管理信息系统(MIS)开发团队的正确选择是其成功的关键因素之一,为了解决管理信息系统实施过程中如何选取适合的开发团队问题,本文采用非交往型程式化决策术选择指标集和指标的权重,并用Delphi法对指标集进行打分,对各个团队进行综合评价,为管理信息系统的开发团队的选择提供依据,并将该方法成功运用到合肥市建筑质量监督管理站的MIS中。The right choice of developing teams of management information system （MIS）is the pivotal factor that affects its success.In order to solve the problem how to select a suitable developing team of MIS,this paper uses no- intercourse proceeding decision-making method to choose index groups and the power of them,and uses Delphi to mark them and take all-around appraisement on each team,thus providing a basis for the choice of developing teams of MIS.The method is also successfully applied to the MIS of HeFei constructing quantity monitoring and management station.
