摘  要:考虑具有非线性层结构的一维光子晶体结构,应用非线性介质的传输矩阵算法,建立了电磁波传播特性的理论分析模型,得到了其电磁场的平面波解,给出了数值实现方案。研究表明,该方法可以精确地模拟一维非线性介质的传输行为,简洁有效地给出一维光子晶体的光学双稳态特性。Considering a one-dimensional photonic crystal covering nonlinear medium layer, the transfer matrix algorithm for one-dimensional inhomogeneous medium was applied to found the theoretical analysis model for the electromagnetic wave propagations. The plane electromagnetic waves solutions were obtained. And numerical realization method was also given out. The investigations show that the method simulated exactly the behavior of electromagnetic wave propagating in 1-D nonlinear medium. And optical bistable switching of 1-D photonic crystal with nonlinear medium layer covering can be shown validly and concisely.
