摘 要:采用数值分析方法对多相混输泵的内部流场及相应的运行特性进行了全面研究,建立了较为完善的计算流体动力学分析模型。计算过程采用非结构化网格,在三维时均N-S方程的基础上,应用标准κ-ε方程对混输泵内部三维湍流流动进行了数值模拟。利用数值模拟的结果分析了气液两相在泵内的流动状况,并对模拟结果和实验结果进行了对比。在设计工况时,数值计算得到的外特性与实验值吻合。远离设计工况时,预测的准确性下降,尤其在小流量工况下差别较大,原因是计算过程中残差出现振荡,很难达到收敛精度要求。By means of the numerical analysis method, the inner flow field and corresponding running performance of the multiphase pump are studied in all respects and a relatively integral CFD analysis model is established. The unstructured grid is adopted in the process of calculation. Based on the 3D time average N-S equations and the standard κ-ε model, the 3D turbulent flow field of multiphase pump is computed. Using the results of numerical simulation, the flow state of gas-liquid two phases in the multiphase pump is analyzed. And the results of numerical simulation are compared with the experiment results. In designing the operating condition, the external performance obtained from the numerical calculation is basically consistent with the experimental results. In being away from the designed operating condition, the prediction accuracy decreases, especially for the low-flow condition. The reason lies in the residual fluctuation during the calculation which results in difficultly achieving the required convergence accuracy.
