摘  要:鉴于国内外对波纹管换热器的流动和传热特性局限在实验研究和理论研究的现状,提出采用数值模拟方法对换热管管内流场和温度场进行研究。采用有限体积法对控制方程组进行离散化,应用二阶迎风离散对流项,应用SIMPLE算法进行压力修正。结果表明,在相同当量直径和雷诺数条件下波纹管比光管具有更好的传热作用和协同作用;波纹管的尺寸参数φ对其强化传热具有显著影响;由于波纹管在其波峰、波谷处产生二次涡流破坏与扰动边界层,其在较低的雷诺数下就能提前达到湍流流动,所以波纹管具有节能和防垢作用。The corrugated tube and smooth tube are simulated by FLUENT software. The difference between the smooth tube and corrugated tube is analyzed by simulating the flow field and temperature field. The angle between velocity vector and temperature grads vector is obviously less than 90 ℃ in the corrugated tube because of producing secondary backset. Based on the field synergy principle, the enhanced heat transfer effect of the corrugated tube is better than that of the smooth tube. The corrugated tube's structure dimension also has definite influence on its heat transfer enhancement, and the smaller the ratio between the wave-distance and wave-height is, the better the heat transfer effect is. At the same time, the corrugated tube has proper ability of anti-fouling because of the disturbing of vortex on the boundary layer.
