摘 要:电阻焊钢管焊缝超声波检测中缺陷漏检是导致钢管爆裂和焊缝失效的重要原因,造成缺陷漏检的原因有探头参数选择不合适、干扰波影响、缺陷回波和毛刺回波未分清等多种因素。为此,全面分析了探头K值、晶片尺寸、探头频率等对检测效果的影响。提出探头参数、扫查范围、检查方式和制作灵敏度对比试块等检测工艺和方法。提出大曲率钢管检测时探头曲面的磨制方法,探讨了焊缝缺陷回波和焊缝内毛刺回波的识别方法。The undetected defect in the ultrasonic wave detection of resistance-welding steel pipe seam is an important cause resulting in steel pipe cracking and seam failure. There are many reasons for undetected defect such as unsuitable parameter selection of probe, the influence of interference wave and the unclear judgment of defect echo and burr echo. Therefore, the impact of probe K value, chip size and probe frequency on the detection result is analyzed comprehensively. The detecting technique and method for probe parameter, scanning range, inspecting way and the making of test block for sensitivity contrast are put forward. In addition, the milling method for the probe curved surface in detecting the large curvature steel pipe is presented here. The identification method for seam defect echo and the burr echo inside the seam is also discussed.
