摘 要:目的:对异叶败酱(PatriniaheterophylaBge.)的化学成分进行研究。方法:利用溶剂提取和硅胶柱层析进行分离,根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据鉴定其结构。结果:得到3个化合物,分别确定为齐墩果酸(oleanolicacid,I),异叶败酱皂苷A(oleanolicacid3OβDglucopyranosyl(1→4)αLarabinopyranoside,Ⅱ)和异叶败酱皂苷B(oleanolicacid3OβDglucopyranosyl(1→3)αLrhamnopyranosyl(1→2)αLarabinopyranoside,Ⅲ)。结论:3个化合物均为首次从该植物中分得。OBJECTIVE: To investigate the chemical constituents of Patrinia heterophylla. METHODS: Compounds were separated by means of solvent extraction and chromatography on silica gel, its structures were determined by spectral analysis and chemical evidence. RESULTS: Three compounds were obtained and elucidated as oleanolic acid (I), oleanolic acid 3 O β D glucopyranosyl (1→4) α L arabinopyranoside (Ⅱ) and oleanolic acid 3 O β D glucopyranosyl (1→3) α L rhamnopyranosyl (1→2) α L arabinopyranoside (Ⅲ), respectively. CONCLUSION: All the compounds were isolated from the plant for the first time.
