异叶败酱化学成分的研究

摘　　要：目的：对异叶败酱（ＰａｔｒｉｎｉａｈｅｔｅｒｏｐｈｙｌａＢｇｅ．）的化学成分进行研究。方法：利用溶剂提取和硅胶柱层析进行分离，根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据鉴定其结构。结果：得到３个化合物，分别确定为齐墩果酸（ｏｌｅａｎｏｌｉｃａｃｉｄ，Ｉ），异叶败酱皂苷Ａ（ｏｌｅａｎｏｌｉｃａｃｉｄ３ＯβＤｇｌｕｃｏｐｙｒａｎｏｓｙｌ（１→４）αＬａｒａｂｉｎｏｐｙｒａｎｏｓｉｄｅ，Ⅱ）和异叶败酱皂苷Ｂ（ｏｌｅａｎｏｌｉｃａｃｉｄ３ＯβＤｇｌｕｃｏｐｙｒａｎｏｓｙｌ（１→３）αＬｒｈａｍｎｏｐｙｒａｎｏｓｙｌ（１→２）αＬａｒａｂｉｎｏｐｙｒａｎｏｓｉｄｅ，Ⅲ）。结论：３个化合物均为首次从该植物中分得。OBJECTIVE: To investigate the chemical constituents of Patrinia heterophylla. METHODS: Compounds were separated by means of solvent extraction and chromatography on silica gel, its structures were determined by spectral analysis and chemical evidence. RESULTS: Three compounds were obtained and elucidated as oleanolic acid (I), oleanolic acid 3 O β D glucopyranosyl (1→4) α L arabinopyranoside (Ⅱ) and oleanolic acid 3 O β D glucopyranosyl (1→3) α L rhamnopyranosyl (1→2) α L arabinopyranoside (Ⅲ), respectively. CONCLUSION: All the compounds were isolated from the plant for the first time.
