不同洗卵液对猪卵母细胞体外成熟和体外受精后早期发育的影响

摘　　要：探讨不同洗卵液对猪卵母细胞体外成熟和体外受精后早期发育的影响,以便开发出简易、经济的洗卵液。结果表明,使用TL-Hepes液、DPBS液、TCM-199()液和TCM-199()液作为洗卵液,对猪卵母细胞体外成熟和体外受精后的早期发育没有显著影响,说明4种洗卵液均可用于猪卵母细胞的洗涤,但DPBS液配制较简易且价格便宜,是最佳的选择。The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of different oocyte-washing liquids on subsequent early embryonic development after in vitro maturation and in vitro fertilization of porcine oocytes,and to develop a simple and cheap oocyte-washing liquid. The results showed that four oocyte-washing liquids including TL- Hepes, DPBS, TCM-199（Ⅰ） and TCM-199（Ⅱ ） had no obvious effects on subsequent embryonic development after in vitro maturation and in vitro fertilization of porcine oocytes. Therefore, four oocyte-washing liquids could be used for porcine oocytes washing, and DPBS would be the best choice considering on price and operation.
