摘　　要：江泽民同志对加强和改进党的建设问题高度重视并孜孜以求,其党建思想有着科学而丰富的内涵:建设一支队伍——高素质的干部队伍;解决两个课题——解决提高领导水平和执政水平、提高拒腐防变和抵御风险能力这两个历史性课题;坚持三条原则——以创新精神建党,以改革精神建党,从严治党;加强四项建设——加强党的思想建设、组织建设、作风建设、制度建设。Jiang Zemin has always laid emphasis on the strengthening and constructing of China＇ s Communist Party. His thought is mainly demonstrated in four respects. Firstly, an elite party team should be built. Secondly, two historical issues should be dealt with, namely, the Party＇s leading and administrative level should be further upgraded and its anti-corrupting and risk - defending capabilities should be enhanced. Thirdly, three basic principles should be adhered to,-building the party in a stem, creative, and reforming way. Fourthly, the construction of China＇s Communist Party should be conducted in thought, organization, working style and working system.
