摘  要:比较分析了32种基因型小白菜材料及同一基因型小白菜不同部位硝酸盐含量的差异及其原因。结果显示:不同基因型小白菜间和同一基因型小白菜的不同部位间硝酸盐含量均有显著差异;不同基因型小白菜的不同部位硝酸盐含量与该部位硝酸还原酶活性呈显著负相关;随着收获期的延长,不同基因型小白菜各部位的硝酸盐含量均显著下降,且叶片中硝酸盐累积量的降低幅度比叶柄中大。An experiment was carried out to investigate the differences in nitrate accumulation in 32 genotypic materials as well as in different parts of same genotypic material of Brassica chinensis. And the cause of the difference was analyzed. Significant differences in nitrate contents were observed between parts of the same genotypic material and between different genotypic materials of Brassica chinertsis. For different genotypic materials of Brassica chinensis, nitrate content accu- mulated in one organ exhibited a negative correlation with nitrate reductase activity in the organ. As materials ripened, the nitrate contents in different parts declined significantly, with more decrease in leaves than in petioles.
