卤水和硫酸铵制工业氯化铵和无水硫酸钠

摘　　要：母液Ⅱ加卤水和硫酸铵在温度80℃，n（NaCl）／n[（NH4）：SO4]=2．0的条件下反应，再加热浓缩至物料密度为1．30g／cm^3～1．35g／cm^3后析出Na2SO4晶体，经分离、洗涤、干燥后得无水硫酸钠产品。分离硫酸钠后的母液Ⅰ冷至30℃～25℃，析出NH4Cl晶体，经分离、NH4C1溶液洗涤、干燥后得氯化铵产品。分离NH4Cl后的母液Ⅱ在补充卤水和硫酸铵后开始新一轮循环。Brine and ammonium sulphate were added to mother liquor（ Ⅱ ）. They reacted on each other under the temperature of 80 ℃, and the mole ratio of NaCl and （ NH4 ） 2SO4 was 20. The solution was heated and concentracted until the material density was between 1.30g/cm^3 and 1. 35g/cm^3 , so the crystal Na2SO4 was separated out. Then the anhydrous sodium sulfate is obtained after separating,wahsing and drying. Mother liquor（ Ⅰ ） after separating Na2SO4 was cooled to between 30℃ and 25℃,so the crystal NHaCl was separated out. Then the product（ NHaCl） can be ob tained after separating, washing and drying. At last, a new circle restarted after adding brine and （NH4 ）2SO4 to mother liquor（ Ⅱ ）without NHaCl.
