摘　　要：棒状杆菌属除白喉棒状杆菌外,其他棒状杆菌一般认为是条件致病菌,寄生在人类口腔、鼻腔、咽喉部、外耳道、眼结膜、外阴和皮肤等处,可引起抵抗力低下的宿主发生各类感染。棒状杆菌属中的短小棒状杆菌是一种强有力的免疫激活剂,具有抑制肿瘤生长和转移的作用,在人肿瘤免疫治疗中,作为非特异性免疫激活剂被广泛研究和用于临床。Except for corynebacterium diphtheriae,the other bacteria belonging to corynebacterium are often considered to be conditional pathogenic bacteria which parasitize in oral cavity,nasal cavity,pars laryngea pharyngis,alvearium,eye conjunctiva,cunnus and skin of human and further result in kinds of infection in host with low resistance.Corynebacterium parvum is a kind of drastic immunoactivator,which can inhibit the growth and metastasis of tumor.So corynebacterium parvum has been widely used in research and clinic as a kind of nonspecific immunoactivator in the treatment of human tumor immunotherapy.
