摘  要:利用有限元软件对1 100 kVGIS隔离开关气室及故障接地开关气室进行三维电场分析计算.针对复杂的分析实例,采用不同的参数设置进行网格划分,同时对结构复杂区域进行子建模以放大复杂区域.获得不同开距下隔离开关气室电场强度分布和动触头表面电场强度分布曲线.通过分析电场强度结果,得出不同开距下隔离开关气室内电场强度较大的位置及其电场强度比值.分析故障接地开关气室中盆式绝缘子表面的电场分布情况,结果表明,盆子端部倒角处尺寸对电场强度影响较大,从而为隔离开关气室及故障接地开关室的结构设计提供理论依据.Three dimensional electric field of 1 100 kV SF6 disconnector cabinet and fault earthing switch cabinet was analyzed using the finite element software. For the complex analysis examples, the models were meshed by different parameter settings, and the regions of complex structure were rebuilt for amplifying dangerous regions. Distribution of electrical field intensity and curves of electrical field intensity distribution of dynamic contact surface in the disconnector cabinet under different gap lengths were obtained. The positions of higher intensity and their intensity values under different gap lengths in the disconnector cabinet were acquired according to the result analysis. The distribution of electrical field intensity of insulator surface in fault earthing switch cabinet was analyzed. It has been found that the dimension of insulator end has a great effect on electric field intensity. The present research can supply the theoretical basis for construction design of disconnector cabinet and fault earthing switch cabinet.
