摘　　要：流动党员的教育和管理问题,是新时期党的建设需要解决的突出问题之一。本课题从青海省近年来流动党员教育和管理工作的实际出发,分析青海省流动党员教育和管理工作呈现的新特点,总结青海省流动党员教育和管理的成功做法,并针对这一工作中存在的主要问题提出相应对策和建议,以期对流动党员教育和管理的规律性作一研究探索。The education and management issue of roving commies is a one of outstanding issues need to be resolved in the new period of the party＇s construction. This subject gets starting from the reality of recently roving commies＇ education and management work in Qinghai province, analyzes its new characteristics, summarizes its successful methods, and puts forward accordingly countermeasures and suggestions focuses on the main issues in this work, so as to research and explore on the regularity of it.
